Table reservations
Table reservations at The Glenrock Googong and Fire Horse Restaurant may be managed through Now Book It.
When you make a reservation through Now Book It, you are also subject to its applicable terms and conditions and any booking conditions applying to your reservation.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully, including the date, time, number of guests and any conditions applying to your reservation.
Gift cards
The Glenrock Googong eGift Cards are purchased through Now Book It and payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
The Glenrock Googong eGift Cards:
A maximum of 10 gift cards or $1,000 in gift cards may be purchased in a single transaction.
Gift cards expire 3 years after the date of issue.
Additional terms are provided when purchasing an eGift Card through Now Book It. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Glenrock Googong eGift Card, you agree to the applicable gift card terms.
The Glenrock Loyalty Program
Membership of The Glenrock Loyalty Program is available to eligible customers aged 18 years and over.
Members can earn and redeem points on eligible purchases in accordance with The Glenrock Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.
Loyalty points may be redeemed for eligible food and beverage purchases. They cannot be redeemed for event tickets.
The program is managed using technology provided by Zen Global. Zen Global’s Privacy Policy applies to its handling of personal information through that service.
Special events and dining experiences
Some events and dining experiences at The Glenrock Googong and Fire Horse may have specific booking conditions.
These may include requirements relating to payment, cancellations, refunds, booking changes, dietary requirements and session times.
Any additional conditions will be provided as part of the relevant event or booking information.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
Group bookings and private dining
Larger group bookings and private dining arrangements at The Glenrock Googong and Fire Horse may be subject to additional booking conditions.
Depending on the booking, these may include deposits, minimum spends, cancellation requirements, final guest numbers, food and beverage arrangements and booking times.
Any applicable conditions will be explained during the booking process and confirmed before your booking is finalised.

Responsible service and venue entry
The Glenrock Googong is a licensed venue, including its Fire Horse Restaurant.
Entry to and continued presence at the venue are subject to applicable liquor, gaming and other laws, our House Rules and reasonable directions from our team.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service, or require a person to leave the venue, where permitted by law.
Alcohol will only be supplied in accordance with applicable liquor licensing and responsible service requirements.
